Each extra plumber adds a schedule, an account and 100 customers per month. Both team packages include two accounts beyond your plumber count for an owner or office staff. A customer is one unique phone number that texts or reaches your forwarded-call number during a UTC calendar month. Repeat conversations with that customer are included. When you reach your allowance, automation for new customers pauses until the next month; existing customer conversations continue. No automatic overage fees.

Ask TylerYes. You keep it with your provider. Configure no-answer forwarding to your assigned Metric Flow number, following the carrier instructions in your dashboard. Calls you answer stay with you. Call forwarding does not forward existing SMS messages.
These packages use an AI text receptionist. When an unanswered call reaches Metric Flow, the caller hears a brief message and receives a follow-up text. A conversational voice receptionist is not included.
You receive the features and monthly customer allowance of the package you selected. Your 14 days begin once Google Calendar is connected and your texting number is ready. At the end, automation and package actions pause unless a paid subscription has been arranged; your saved conversations and appointments remain available.
Metric Flow checks your connected Google Calendar, business hours, buffers, daily limit and availability before booking. Crew and Crew Plus also check each plumber’s availability. Keep your work calendar up to date, and reconnect it if the dashboard reports a connection issue.
With Solo Growth, Crew or Crew Plus, add your Google review link during setup and enable review requests. Once a job is done, press Complete in your dashboard. Metric Flow automatically texts the customer your Google review link. Solo Essentials does not include job completion or review requests.
Choose Crew for 2–3 active plumbers or Crew Plus for 4–8. Each plumber gets their own availability and can be assigned jobs. Your package also includes two accounts beyond the plumber count for owner or office access. If the owner takes jobs, they count as one of the active plumbers. Each additional plumber adds one schedule, one account and 100 monthly customers. Monthly pricing depends on the team size you select above. Contact us to increase an existing package’s capacity; adding a teammate does not automatically change your subscription.
Yes. Contact us from “My package” in the app. We’ll confirm the change with you. Selecting a different package on the website sets the package for a new signup; it doesn’t change an existing account.
